This 100% remote position is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, offering exposure to top US legal clients and international recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in US Legal Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for US law firms or legal staffing agencies.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable working in US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US legal positions.
• Source Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Legal Secretaries, Partners, and other legal professionals through job boards and platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment databases.
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced US Non-Technical Recruiter (Manufacturing/Legal) to join our growing US Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience recruiting for US law firms and placing Attorneys, Associate Attorneys, Partners, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Litigation Support Professionals, and other legal professionals.

This is a 100% remote position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, offering an excellent opportunity to work with leading US legal clients while building a rewarding career in international recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US legal positions.


• Source Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Legal Secretaries, Partners, and other legal professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and various job boards.


• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.


• Evaluate candidates based on legal practice areas, experience, licenses, and client requirements.


• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.


• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.


• Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.


• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment databases.


• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.


• 2+ years of experience in US Legal Recruitment.


• Experience recruiting for US law firms or legal staffing agencies.


• Strong understanding of legal positions and practice areas including:


• Litigation


• Corporate Law


• Family Law


• Insurance Defense


• Employment Law


• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and Boolean search techniques.


• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.


• Comfortable working in US business hours.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting licensed Attorneys across multiple US states.


• Strong sourcing and passive candidate generation skills.


• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).


• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.


• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on quality and delivery.
