We are seeking a skilled and motivated US IT / Non-IT Recruiter with a proven track record of attracting top talent. In this remote role, you will handle the full recruitment life cycle—sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various roles across our US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Meet and exceed hiring goals and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements:

Minimum 1-20 years of experience in US IT or Non-IT recruitment.
Strong knowledge of tools like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
