Job summary

Pagaar India is seeking an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter for its Noida office. The role focuses on end-to-end US non-IT recruitment across Administrative, Clerical, HR, Finance, Engineering, and other professional roles. You will source, screen, and place candidates with a strong emphasis on US tax terms and visa knowledge.

The position is onsite in Noida with US shift timings. Immediate joining is preferred and candidates should have 1–4 years of relevant experience and a proven track record

Qualifications

• Experience in US Non-IT recruitment and staffing.
• Knowledge of US tax terms like W2, 1099, C2C.
• Familiarity with US work visas (H1B, GC, TN, OPT, CPT, EAD).

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, portals, Boolean/X-Ray search, referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers; maintain candidate pipeline.
