Job summary

W3Global in Hyderabad is seeking a recruiter with a minimum of 2+ years in US Non-IT recruitment to join our team. You will focus on engineering, construction, finance, banking, automotive, legal, and other non-IT sectors, sourcing top talent and meeting KPIs.

Proficiency with major portals and an ATS is expected, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management. The role emphasizes strong Boolean search techniques, deep sourcing expertise, and a proven ability to close roles
