Synectics in Hyderabad (Kothaguda) is seeking a US Non-IT Recruiter/Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment. Night shift timings from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST, with performance incentives up to 24 LPA based on experience and KPIs.

The candidate will source, screen, and manage candidates for Engineering, Finance, Banking, Automotive, and other non-IT fields using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, with strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment.
• Experience across Engineering, Construction, Finance, Banking, Automotive, Legal, and other Non-IT sectors.
• Proficiency with job boards and ATS tools such as LinkedIn, RPS, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed.
• Strong track record of meeting goals and KPIs.
• Proficient in ATS usage and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
