Qualifications

• Successful track record as a recruiter in the US Staffing industry.
• Extensive experience sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying candidates through multiple channels.
• Deep understanding of various work authorization types (W2, GC, EAD, etc.) and expertise in negotiating rates and salaries.
• Proficiency in job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other sourcing tools (social media, networking, referrals).
• Skilled in working with direct clients and managing candidate pipelines.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Ability to identify the ideal candidate for technical job descriptions.
• Creative and strategic thinker with hands‑on execution abilities, especially for niche roles.
• Capability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Persistence and goal‑orientation, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain productivity.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
