Responsibilities

• Familiarity with job-posting and managing portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and social networks
• Source, identify and qualify candidates for client requirements
• Coordinate with direct clients and vendors/partners
• Work with ATS systems to manage candidate data and workflows
• Negotiate rates with consultants and employers
• Screen candidates for essential duties, work history, training, technical skills, and salary requirements
• Handle high-volume requisitions and manage feedback, offers, and onboarding
• Interview candidates to assess fit with roles and client needs
• Maintain daily performance reports to the Account Manager
• Understand technical skills and current industry buzzwords
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Role & responsibilities

• Familiarity in Job-Posting and managing portals like, dice, monster, career builder, social networking sites.
• Dedicated to the US recruitment process with the responsibility to provide staffing needs based on the client and vendor requirements.
• Proactively Source, identify & qualify the best suitable candidate for client requirements
• Strong Experience working with Direct Clients and Third-Party Vendors / Implementation Partners.
• Working experience on Applicant Tracking systems (ATS)
• Experience negotiating rates with consultants and employers
• Search, identify and qualify all potential candidates through recruiting calls screening candidates for essential function/duties, work history, training, technical skills, salary requirements, and negotiation.
• Strong experience working with US Citizens, Green Cards, H1 and EADs.
• Extensive experience working on W2/ C2C Fulltime requirements
• Will perform a high number of warm and cold calls (phone) to develop leads and business opportunities with candidate prospects.
• Understand client requirements and effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis.
• Interview candidates to identify skills and criteria for their job search.
• Require active coordination with business accounts and efficiency in feedback management, offer discussions, and onboarding.
• Sending daily performance report to the Account Manager
• Ability to understand technical skills, latest buzz words in the industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Non IT Recruiting (US Market)
• Must have proficiency with web-based resume search, posting engines and ATS.
• Must have sound business ethics and show consistency between principles, values, and behaviours
• Demonstrated proficiency in time management
• Ability to deal with multiple clients requirements in multiple industries simultaneously
• Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and demonstrate flexibility and resilience, strong time management skills
• High level of self-initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
