Job summary

Radiant Systems in Hyderabad is seeking a recruitment professional to handle end-to-end US Non-IT roles. The role requires coordinating with W2 and direct clients and partnering with hiring managers to source top talent.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of US Non-IT recruitment experience, exposure to engineering, manufacturing, aerospace or construction hiring, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Must be able to work in EST shift from the Hyderabad office.
