Job summary

Snavu Softech is seeking a dynamic US IT Recruiter to source, screen, and place IT professionals for US clients from our Hyderabad office. The role focuses on C2C, W2, and C2H requirements with strong emphasis on meeting daily recruitment targets.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of US IT recruitment experience, proficiency with Boolean search, ATS/CRM, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. This on-site role is based in Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of US IT recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for US clients.
• Familiar with US time zones and recruitment processes.
• Experience with Boolean search and ATS/CRM.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other portals.
• Recruit for C2C, W2, and C2H across various technologies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical skills.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and account managers.
• Manage submissions, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer closures.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Preferred:

Experience recruiting for C2C requirements and working with US implementation partners.
