The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands‑on recruitment expertise, and a proven track record in US IT staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of US IT recruiters, ensuring performance and productivity.
• Drive full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Partner with US clients to understand technical requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn) and networking for talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with US hiring practices (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Track team metrics and provide regular performance reports to management.
• Mentor junior recruiters and foster a collaborative, high‑energy work environment.
• 4–6 years of US IT recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of US visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client requirements and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in ATS/CRM tools and MS Office.
• Leadership qualities: motivating, coaching, and performance management.
