Employvision Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced US Recruiter to join our team. The role focuses on end-to-end US staffing for both permanent and contractual roles, including W2 hiring across IT, Non-IT, and techno-functional areas.

You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates, ensuring timely submissions and strong pipelines. You should have a stable career history with a reputed staffing/consulting organization and be comfortable meeting recruitment targets in a fast-paced US

• 4+ years of hands-on US staffing/recruitment experience.
• Strong experience with W2 hiring and contractual recruitment.
• Experience handling full-time/permanent positions as well as contract requirements.
• Exposure to IT, Non-IT, and techno-functional hiring.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Good understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, including submission, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding.
• Experience working with a reputed staffing/consulting company.
• A stable career history with reasonable tenure in previous organizations.
• Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
