? About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead – US IT Recruitment (C2C) who has strong hands-on experience managing US IT recruitment teams and working with SI Clients / Global Clients such as Tech Mahindra, Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Wipro, HCLTech, Cognizant, and other implementation partners/direct clients in the US market.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C2C hiring , team handling, client coordination, and end-to-end recruitment operations for US IT requirements.

Requirements

? Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of US IT Recruiters handling C2C/W2 requirements

Work on requirements from SI clients, implementation partners, and direct clients

Allocate requirements and monitor team performance on daily submission targets

Source, screen, and submit qualified IT consultants for various US IT positions

Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

Coordinate with Account Managers, Vendors, and Clients for closures

Maintain strong consultant relationships and build a quality pipeline

Ensure timely submissions, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer closures

Train and mentor junior recruiters on recruitment strategies and compliance

Maintain ATS/CRM updates, reports, and recruitment trackers

Stay updated with current US staffing trends, technologies, and visa regulations

? Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment with strong C2C expertise

Prior experience working with SI/Global clients.

Experience in handling a recruitment team and driving team targets

Strong understanding of US work authorizations: H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, H4 EAD, TN, etc.

Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, and job portals

Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Strong understanding of tax terms: C2C, W2,
