PETADATA in Hyderabad is hiring for US IT Recruiters- Freshers to join our onsite team. The role requires 0-3 years in US IT recruitment and a readiness to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST.

You will engage with candidates and clients, navigate visa classifications, and leverage US job portals to fill roles. Immediate onsite joining is expected, with strong incentives and a supportive team environment.

Position: US IT Recruiters- Freshers

Location: 5th phase KPHB Colony, Hi-tech City Road, Hyderabad, INDIA.

Job Type: Full-Time Onsite only

Timings: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

Experience: 0-3 years in US IT Recruiting

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

• Have a minimum of 0-3 Years& experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Know visa classification (H1B, OPT, H4-EAD, and TN Visa) & different Tax Terms.
• Have excellent English communication (Written &Verbal) skills.
• Have good working knowledge on US job portals.
• Be ready to work from Hyderabad Office.
