Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting from sourcing candidates on job portals to validating resumes. The job offers a working schedule from 7:00 pm to 4:00 am with benefits like a one-side cab and a meal.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and close candidates.
• Sourcing from major job portals and making job postings.
• Validation of resumes, understanding client requirements, and mapping relevant targets.
• Validate resumes and work status of candidates.
• Achieve good submittal-to-interview/conversion ratios.

Job Description

End-to-End Recruitment

• Good communication Skills are a must.
• Responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based clients.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
• Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
