This role will involve working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
