Infosmart Technologies is seeking a seasoned Non-Technical Recruiter to support US staffing from India, working EST hours.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles, sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and portals, screening resumes, interviewing, coordinating with US hiring managers and managing candidate pipelines.

This full-time remote role offers performance-based incentives for successful placements and room for growth within the recruitment team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience supporting US clients.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills for the US market.
• Proficiency with ATS tools, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Willing to work EST hours from India (night shift).

Job Title: Non-Technical Recruiter (US Staffing) – Remote, India

Location: Remote (India) | Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

We are expanding our recruitment team to support US-based clients and are seeking an experienced Non-Technical Recruiter for administrative, operations, sales, marketing, and other non-IT roles.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-technical roles for US clients (admin, HR, sales, marketing, operations, support functions, etc.)
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, job portals, and referrals
• Understand US employment basics (W2/1099, background checks, at-will employment norms)
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with US hiring managers
• Manage job postings and maintain candidate pipelines across platforms
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer processing
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and generate recruitment reports
• Work EST hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST) to align with US teams and candidates

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, specifically supporting US clients
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills for the US job market
