MEDSCoders Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic US IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome. The role involves sourcing IT candidates, understanding US tech requirements, and coordinating interviews with clients.

You will screen candidates, maintain databases, and drive daily and monthly targets while adapting to night shift timings. Cab facility is available for female employees only, and the position is based in Noida.

Qualifications

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience welcome.
• Familiarity with IT recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of sourcing candidates through portals is expected.

Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand US IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates' technical experience and communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work towards daily and monthly recruitment targets.
