Responsibilities

• Source healthcare professionals through job portals, resume databases, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Recruit candidates for US healthcare positions such as RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and evaluate qualifications.
• Contact candidates through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet client requirements.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented US Healthcare Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals for clients across the United States.
