Palnar Transmedia Pvt. Ltd. in Noida is seeking a fresher US Staffing Analyst to work 100% onsite with US EST night shift.

You will source, screen, and manage candidates for IT roles, coordinating interviews and maintaining ATS records. This entry-level position offers hands-on training in US staffing concepts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Freshers with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• B.tech/B.E/BCA graduates with interest in recruitment and talent acquisition preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and internet research.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence speaking with candidates.
• Ability to learn new concepts and adapt to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions for IT positions.
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, internal databases and channels.
• Review resumes and screen candidates based on requirements and skills.
• Contact candidates via phone, email, and professional networks.
• Explain opportunities and client requirements to candidates.
• Conduct initial screening and assess interest and fit.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Learn US staffing concepts (W2, C2C, 1099, contract, FT).
• Work toward daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Job Description: US Staffing Analyst– Fresher

Location: Unit 904 & 905, 9th Floor, Tower – 4, Assotech Business Crestera, Phase 2, Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301 (100% onsite)

Key Responsibilities
