Job summary

Saicon in Pune is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for US clients, from sourcing to onboarding, aligned with client requirements.

You will source candidates via portals and networks, screen resumes and conduct HR/technical interviews, handle US tax terms and work authorization, coordinate across US time zones, maintain the ATS, and negotiate offers while staying current on US labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US clients (sourcing → screening → interview → onboarding)
• Understand client requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define job specs and hiring strategy
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Handle US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.)
• Coordinate interviews with clients across US time zones (night shifts in India)
• Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and candidate pipelines
• Negotiate salary, rates, and offers, and ensure smooth onboarding of candidates
• Stay updated on US labor laws, visa processes, and market trends to ensure compliance and better hiring decisions
