Job summary

Real Soft in Bengaluru seeks an IT Recruiter to understand client needs and source qualified candidates across multiple channels. You will screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.

Responsibilities include building pipelines for current and future roles, negotiating offers within guidelines, and ensuring ATS data accuracy while meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT recruitment and sure ability to map tech roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with US hiring models.
• Proven track record of coordinating interviews and offers.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, skill requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Source qualified IT candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and other channels.
• Develop effective Boolean search strings to identify suitable candidates.
• Review and evaluate resumes against technical and functional requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess suitability.
• Work on US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099, Contract-to-Hire) as needed.
• Develop a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients within defined turnaround times.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Follow up on interviews, feedback, offers and joining.
• Negotiate compensation within guidelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/recruitment tracker.
• Build relationships with candidates, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and client requirements.
