Job summary

Quantum Integrators seeks an experienced US IT recruiter to join our onsite Pune team. You will handle all aspects of recruitment for US-based roles, from sourcing to onboarding, working in US EST hours.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in US IT recruitment, deep knowledge of tax terms and visa classifications, and strong communication and negotiation skills. You will build vendor networks and partner with account managers to fulfill client hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on US IT recruitment experience.
• Solid knowledge of tax terms and visa classifications (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, OPT, CPT).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in US EST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing candidates).
• Source candidates via job portals, ATS, and networking.
• Manage interviews, salary/rate negotiations, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain consultant/vendor networks.
• Collaborate with account managers to meet client hiring needs.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Onsite – 5 Days a Week)

Shift: US EST

Experience Required: 3 – 5 Years

Joining: Immediate to 2–3 weeks (Immediate joiners preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing candidates).

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Solid knowledge of tax terms & visa classifications (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, US Citizens, etc.).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to comfortably work in US EST time zone.
