Job summary

ClifyX in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (Remote) is seeking a US IT Recruiter with 3+ years of US IT recruitment experience to work from home. You will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage interview scheduling, leveraging JobDiva ATS.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, track metrics, and build a strong talent pipeline while adapting to changing hiring climates. Local Mumbai/Maharashtra candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of US IT recruitment experience.
• Experience with JobDiva ATS is a plus.
• Interviewing and assessing candidates based on technical requirements.
• Ability to track recruiting metrics and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

US IT Recruiter

Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Work from Home).

Experience: 3+Years

CTC: 4 -4.5 LPA (Max) (Includes all tax)

Location: Mumbai (Andheri East SakiNaka) / Remote

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates from Job Portals
• Operate Job Diva Applicant Tracking System.
• Screen candidate resumes using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications, and experience based on technical requirements.
• Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements.
• Manage interview scheduling, sprinting between hiring managers, busy candidates, and the right interviewers to make interviews happen.
• Help with market company research to understand hiring climates, structures and employment forces of competitors, and valuable analytics on various recruitment metrics.
• Manage long relationships with candidates who are passive.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• An experience in Job diva ATS is a plus.
• Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential hired
• Experience recruiting for is highly desirable
• Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred
• Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
• Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
• Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire may have
• Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environments.
