Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any stream) or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written English).
• Ability to work in US Shift timings.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and other social media recruitment tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in US shift timings (Night Shift – IST).
• Good interpersonal skills and network-building passion.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and social recruitment tools is a plus.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates from various job portals.
• Operate Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Job Diva.
• Review and screen candidate resumes based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities.
• Build long-term candidate relationships for future opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers to meet hiring needs.
