Be Additive Corporation in Pune, India, is seeking experienced US IT recruiters to join our growing team. The role requires hands-on expertise in US staffing and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

You will source candidates on major platforms, screen against client requirements, coordinate interviews, and build talent pipelines while collaborating with hiring managers and account teams. This is a full-time role in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for IT roles.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and job boards.
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models is preferred.
