Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in Indore is seeking a US IT Recruiter to join our onsite team. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and submitting IT professionals for contract and full-time roles with US clients.

Strong knowledge of US staffing and visa categories is essential, with candidates sourced via portals, LinkedIn and our internal ATS. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in US IT recruitment, excellent communication, and the ability to meet submission targets while working

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of the US staffing/recruitment process.
• Knowledge of US work authorization/visa categories (USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD).

Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases and referrals.
• Review resumes and match candidates to job descriptions.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, experience, location, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/recruiting teams.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates through the process.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients with complete information.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS/CRM and track recruitment activity.
• Follow up on submissions, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets for submissions, interviews and placements.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and client submission guidelines.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US staffing industry and experience sourcing, screening, and submitting IT professionals for contract and full-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and match candidates against job descriptions.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical skills, experience, availability, location, work authorization, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/recruiting teams.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients and vendor partners with accurate and complete information.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
• Follow up on submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets for submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and client submission guidelines.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of experience in US IT Recruitment preferred.
• Good understanding of the US IT staffing/recruitment process.
• Knowledge of US work authorization/visa categories such as USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, etc.
• Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT technologies and job roles.
