Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on US IT recruitment experience.
• Able to independently source and screen candidates for technical roles.
• Familiar with W2, 1099, and engagement models; understands US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Manage US IT requirements from sourcing through joining.
• Understand project expectations and domain requirements before search.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, ATS databases, referrals, and vendor networks.
• Conduct structured screening calls to assess project experience, tech exposure, and communication.
• Validate location, work authorization, compensation expectations, availability, and onsite willingness.
• Identify gaps in candidate resumes and obtain clarifications before submission.
• Prepare candidate summaries and submission packages.
• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and maintain follow-up with candidates.
• Track responses, interview outcomes, offers, and joining requirements.
• Maintain ATS records and provide daily pipeline updates.
• Work with recruitment lead to improve sourcing strategies and resolve delivery challenges.

Acunor is hiring US IT Recruiters who can independently source, screen, and engage qualified technology professionals for client requirements.

We are looking for recruiters who understand the requirements they work on, validate candidates’ actual experience, and take ownership of the recruitment process through joining.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned US IT requirements from sourcing and screening through submission, interviews, offers, and joining.
• Understand mandatory technical skills, project expectations, domain requirements, and work arrangements before initiating a search.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, ATS databases, referrals, and vendor networks.
• Conduct structured screening calls to assess relevant project experience, technical exposure, communication, and interest.
• Validate candidate location, work authorization, engagement preferences, compensation expectations, availability, and onsite willingness.
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies in candidate resumes and obtain clarification before submission.
• Prepare accurate candidate summaries and complete submission packages.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate feedback, and maintain consistent candidate follow-up.
• Track pending responses, interview outcomes, offers, and joining requirements.
• Maintain current ATS records and provide clear daily pipeline updates.
• Work with the recruitment lead to improve sourcing strategies and resolve delivery challenges.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands‑on US IT recruitment experience.
• Experience independently sourcing and screening candidates for technical requirements.
• Familiarity with W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models and common US work authorization categories.
• Proficiency with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean searches, and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to distinguish relevant hands‑on experience from resume keyword matches.
• Strong communication, candidate engagement, negotiation, and follow‑up skills.
• Attention to detail when handling resumes, candidate information, and submission documents.
• Willingness to work US business hours.

Preferred Experience

• Recruitment in one or more areas: Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, Java/.NET, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, DevOps, or QA.
• Exposure to healthcare, insurance, banking, financial services, or consulting roles.
• Experience with CEIPAL or a comparable ATS.
• A demonstrated record of submissions progressing to interviews, offers, and placements.
