Acunor Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior US IT Recruiter / Recruitment Team Lead to manage priority requirements, deliver qualified candidates, and guide a growing recruitment team.

This role combines individual delivery with team leadership. You will own requirements from intake through joining, mentor recruiters, improve submission quality, and drive interviews, offers, and starts for US engagements.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage US IT requirements from intake and sourcing through screening, submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining.
• Translate job descriptions into sourcing strategies, mandatory screening criteria, and targeted candidate searches.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, ATS databases, referrals, and qualified vendor networks.
• Evaluate candidates for hands-on technical experience, project relevance, domain knowledge, and resume consistency.
• Validate work authorization, engagement preferences, compensation expectations, location, onsite availability, and joining timelines.
• Lead a small recruitment team, allocate requirements, review pipelines, and resolve sourcing challenges.
• Coach recruiters on search techniques, candidate screening, submission quality, and follow-through.
• Review candidate packages for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements.
• Coordinate with recruitment management and account stakeholders on feedback, changing requirements, and delivery priorities.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and report individual and team performance across submissions, interviews, offers, and starts.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on US IT staffing experience.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring recruiters or managing recruitment delivery.
• A track record of independently generating qualified submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Strong understanding of US staffing engagement models, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Working knowledge of common US work authorization categories and related recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing, Boolean search, candidate engagement, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to assess technical experience beyond resume keywords.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to maintain individual delivery responsibilities while leading others.

Preferred Experience

• Recruitment across Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, Java/.NET, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, DevOps, or QA.
• Exposure to healthcare, insurance, banking, financial services, or consulting requirements.
• Experience using CEIPAL or a comparable applicant tracking system.
• Experience supporting direct clients or established implementation partners.
