Job summary

RapinnoTech - APAC & USA in Hyderabad (Onsite) is seeking a Senior US IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end US staffing. You will source, screen, and manage candidates for enterprise clients, coordinating with stakeholders to fill critical roles.

The role requires 3–7 years in US IT recruitment, experience with US Citizens, Green Card holders, and H-1B candidates, and comfort with EST/CST shifts. Onsite opportunity with meals provided and a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Shift timings: 7-PM to 4-AM (IST)

We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in US staffing and end-to-end recruitment.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–7 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong experience recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, and H-1B candidates
• Comfortable working in EST & CST shifts.
• Strong knowledge of US IT staffing, sourcing, screening, and candidate management
• Prior experience with leading IT services/staffing organizations such as TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Mphasis, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, etc. is highly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
