Job summary

Infojini Inc in Hyderabad is hiring a US IT Recruiter to source IT professionals across the US, Mexico, and LATAM, build pipelines, and coordinate end-to-end interviews. The role requires 2–4 years of US recruitment experience and strong knowledge of US work authorizations. You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with close collaboration with clients and hiring managers.

The shift is 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM IST, and this is a full-time position based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or international IT recruitment.
• Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and job boards.
• Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, EAD, OPT, CPT).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source IT professionals across the US, Mexico, and LATAM through multiple channels.
• Understand client requirements and develop candidate search strategies.
• Screen candidates via phone/video interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Recruit for Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, PMs and more.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles across regions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates through recruitment and interview process.
• Negotiate compensation and assist closures.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in ATS/CRM.
• Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates, consultants, vendors, and hiring managers.
• Meet recruitment targets for submissions, interviews, placements, and closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT professionals across the US, Mexico, and LATAM through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Understand client requirements and develop effective candidate search strategies for different markets.
• Screen candidates through phone/video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, communication, availability, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
• Recruit for Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other IT roles.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements across the US, Mexico, and LATAM.
• Understand regional hiring practices, employment types, and work authorization requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
• Negotiate compensation and support successful candidate closures.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in the ATS/CRM.
• Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates, consultants, vendors, and hiring managers.
• Meet individual and team recruitment targets, including submissions, interviews, placements, and closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment, US Staffing, or international IT recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for the US market; exposure to Mexico and LATAM hiring is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, job boards, databases, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of US time zones and international recruitment practices.
• Knowledge of US work authorizations such as US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, EAD, OPT, and CPT.
• Familiarity with Mexico and LATAM hiring practices, work authorization, and local employment requirements is an added advantage.
• Strong candidate screening, interviewing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies, job titles, and technical skill sets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
