Job summary

Techminds Group in Delhi is seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for US IT contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire roles. You will source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, and referrals, screen for technical fit, coordinate interviews and closures, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires 6+ years of US IT recruitment experience, deep knowledge of lifecycle processes, and the ability to work independently under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Strong knowledge of the US IT recruitment lifecycle and hiring practices.
• Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, AWS, DevOps, Data, QA, SAP, etc.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation and candidate management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Target-oriented with strong focus on closures.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.

• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.
• Screen candidates through effective technical and behavioral evaluation.
• Work on various US IT contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire positions.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, negotiations and offer closures.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles against assigned requirements.
• Work closely with Account Managers / Delivery teams to understand priorities and hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, pipeline status and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Consistently achieve recruitment targets and turnaround timelines.
