Job summary

E Solutions in Noida is seeking entry‑level recruitment professionals to source IT candidates for US staffing. Fresh graduates with solid English communication are encouraged to apply, with opportunities to work US shifts from our Noida office and build a strong candidate pipeline.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and liaise with hiring managers to meet daily and monthly targets, gaining exposure to ATS management and end‑to‑end recruiting in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Freshers with good English communication skills.
• Candidates from a technical/ IT background.
• Candidates interested in US IT Staffing / IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Candidates comfortable working in US shifts.
• Candidates willing to work from office in Noida.
