Job summary

Tekshapers is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support US IT staffing from India. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates; building lasting candidate relationships; and aligning resumes with client requirements.

Knowledge of IT concepts and strong communication are essential. Ideal candidates have 0.6–3 years of experience with US clients, and experience with W2/1099, C2C, and C2H models.
