i3 Infotek in Noida is hiring a US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end US IT recruitment from our Noida office, aligned to night shift timings US shift. You will source and screen candidates using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, CEIPAL, and other platforms.

The role requires 1–3 years of US IT recruitment experience, strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and employment types, and the ability to build a healthy candidate pipeline while coordinating interviews

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and lifecycle.
• Experience working with Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.
• Good knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and employment types.
• Strong communication, sourcing, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
