Job summary

Kellyocg is seeking a technical recruiter to recruit for U.S. and Canada–based clients from Bengaluru, India.

You will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment from intake to offer, partnering with leaders and delivery teams to source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, GitHub, and other channels. You’ll screen for technical qualifications and maintain ATS data quality while meeting time-to-submit and placement KPIs, supporting diversity and compliance initiatives.

• Sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, GitHub and other channels.
• Screen and assess technical qualifications.
• Maintain ATS data quality and pipelines.
• Meet KPIs for time-to-submit, quality, interviews and placements.
• Support diversity and compliance initiatives.

• Knowledge of Science, Engineering, Technology, or Telecom & Digital Infrastructure labor markets.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and evaluate candidate fit.
