Job summary

Integration Infotech is seeking a highly motivated Team Lead for US IT Recruitment with 5–8 years of experience and at least 2 years in leading recruitment teams. The role focuses on delivering qualified talent to Fortune 500/1000 clients through Direct Client and MSP engagements.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, pipeline development, candidate screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, and mentoring recruiters to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in US IT Recruitment / US IT Staffing.
• Minimum 2 years in a team lead, mentoring role.
• Mandatory experience placing IT professionals in the US via Direct Clients and MSP.
• Hands-on experience recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
• Proficient LinkedIn sourcing and Recruiter search techniques.
• Strong Boolean search, candidate mapping, resume sourcing, and pipeline development.
• Experience using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and similar portals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements across Direct Client and MSP engagements.
• Drive recruitment delivery by prioritizing requisitions, managing pipelines, and ensuring timely submissions against client requirements.
• Source and identify qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
• Screen candidates for technical suitability, communication skills, availability, and alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate offer negotiations, manage candidate follow-ups, and support onboarding.
• Lead by example by providing hands-on recruitment support and mentoring recruiters.
• Monitor recruitment progress, identify delivery challenges, and take corrective action to meet targets.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates, clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate candidate documentation, timely ATS updates, and adherence to recruitment processes.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements across Direct Client and MSP-based engagements.


• Drive recruitment delivery by prioritizing job requisitions, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring timely submissions against client requirements.


• Source and identify qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and other innovative sourcing channels.


• Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.


• Mandatory proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter search techniques.


• Strong command of Boolean search, candidate mapping, resume sourcing, and talent pipeline development.


• Experience using US job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and similar recruitment platforms.


• Excellent verbal and written communication, candidate negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.


• Strong organizational skills, accountability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


• Proficiency in recruitment ATS platforms and Microsoft Office.
