Qualifications

• Fresh graduates only; no prior experience required.
• B.Tech in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering as specified.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and eagerness to learn recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
• Learn and stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices.
