Job summary

ASM Tech Solutions is hiring freshers for US IT and Non-IT recruitment, offering training and hands-on exposure to the US recruitment lifecycle. You will source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage communications with clients and candidates.

Ideal candidates are graduates with strong communication, a proactive mindset, and willingness to learn in a target-driven environment. This full-time role is based in Hyderabad and requires readiness for night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze IT and Non-IT job requirements.
• Source suitable candidates through portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Review and shortlist resumes based on job specifications.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
• Develop knowledge of US staffing processes, recruitment terminology, and employment practices.
• Meet defined daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Work closely with senior recruiters and managers to meet hiring requirements.

ASM Tech Solutions is looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our Recruitment team as US IT & Non-IT Recruiters.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and US Staffing. The selected candidates will receive structured training and hands-on exposure to the US recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and client requirements.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
