Job summary

Radiant Systems in Hyderabad is looking for an experienced professional to join our US Staffing Operations team. This role focuses on coordinating with clients, Account Managers, consultants, and support teams to run day-to-day staffing operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in US Staffing or IT consulting, with strong Excel, attention to detail and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in US Staffing operations.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, Account Managers, consultants, Recruiting, Payroll, Billing and Accounts teams to ensure smooth day-to-day staffing operations.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in US Staffing Operations.
• Support transition and escalations as needed.
