Job summary

MaximaTek is seeking an experienced US HR Contracts professional in Hyderabad to lead contract drafting, onboarding, and compliance for US-based roles.

The ideal candidate will handle MSAs, amendments, NDAs, and POs, manage W2/C2C/1099 arrangements, and ensure documentation aligns with company policies while coordinating with clients to finalize terms.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in US HR Operations / US HR Contracts.
• Hands-on experience with MSAs, Amendments, NDAs, NCAs, POs, and Addendums.
• Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
• Experience with Form I-9 and Form W-4 documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and manage MSAs, Amendments, and other contractual documents.
• Identify contractual risks and ensure agreements comply with company policies and standards.
• Coordinate with clients through emails and calls to resolve and finalize contract terms.
• Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 contracts and ensure accurate documentation.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding for US employees and consultants.
• Review and verify Form I-9 and Form W-4 documentation.
• Prepare and maintain NDAs, NCAs, Addendums, POs, and other HR documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and contract records.
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws, client requirements, and internal HR policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and contract execution.
