Job summary

V Soft Consulting in Hyderabad is seeking a contracts administrator to draft, review, process, and maintain US client and vendor contracts in line with internal policies. You will coordinate with clients and vendors to review terms, facilitate negotiations, and manage MSAs, SOWs, POs, NDAs/NCAs, and related addenda, ensuring timely execution and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications and Skills
