Tek Ninjas is seeking a US HR Lead to steer end-to-end HR operations for US staffing in Hyderabad's Hitech City. This onsite role demands 8–10 years of experience in US HR operations, payroll, benefits, I-9 & E-Verify, and strong leadership to manage a team.

The candidate will own contracts, documentation, and compliance, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive HR operational excellence in a fast-paced US staffing environment, including night shifts aligned to US time zones.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in US HR Operations/US HR Management.
• Strong hands-on experience in Timesheets and Payroll Management.
• Expertise in Employee Engagement and Employee Relations.
• Experience handling US employment contracts and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Form I-9 and E-Verify processes.
• Experience managing employee benefits and insurance coordination.
• Excellent understanding of US HR processes and employment compliance.
• Proven experience in Team Management, Leadership, and People Management.
