Job Description:

Niktor IT Inc is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced US Accounts Lead with 4 to 11 years of hands-on experience in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations, including invoicing, consultant payments, tax compliance, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage billing cycles, timesheets, and payroll for W2, C2C, and 1099 consultants.
• Generate, review, and track invoices using QuickBooks (QB).
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Manage and maintain financial records in AppFolio, owner/vendor payments, work order billing
• Ensure timely consultant payments and tax compliance.
• Reconcile bank transactions and follow up on pending client payments.
• Coordinate with recruitment and HR teams on consultant financials.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and assist during audits.
• Ensure accuracy in all accounting processes in compliance with US GAAP.
