Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes.
• Generate invoices for all clients.
• Prepare weekly / bi-weekly timesheets for payroll.
• Coordinate with customers for payment-related issues.
• Match A/R aging & match customer ledger balances.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Coordinate with the customers for payment related issues.
• Answer client questions related to invoices, net terms, and net term deductions.
• Marinate the data of checks received and online payments and apply the same in QuickBooks.
• Prepare employee W2/1099 accounts / balance sheets.
• Prepare payroll sheet with time hours, billable rate, and percentage of payment.
• Reconcile payments made to insurance companies and deductions made from consultant’s payroll calculations.

Job Summary

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a US Accounts Executive at Devfi in Hyderabad and who can support EST hours. The US Accounts Executive will play a crucial role in managing client accounts with a focus on payroll systems, QuickBooks, and various employment types (C2C, W2, and 1099). This role requires a strategic professional with a strong background in payroll management and accounting software, who can effectively handle diverse client needs and ensure smooth financial operations.

Mandatory: QuickBooks, A/P, A/R, US Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day‑to‑day bookkeeping and accounting processes, including A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliation in QuickBooks.
• Generate invoices for all clients.
• Post all credit card expenses with proper GL allocation and invoices.
• Prepare weekly / bi‑weekly timesheets for payroll.
• Match A/R aging & match customer ledger balances.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Coordinate with the customers for payment related issues.
• Answer client questions related to invoices, net terms, and net term deductions.
