Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company products or services

• Address customer inquiries and provide basic product/service informationAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets

Requirements

• 0.6 – 3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills encouraged)
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Gujarati
