Aerolam Insulations in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, seeks a proactive Tele Caller (Inside Sales) to engage prospects by phone, present products, and drive lead generation. This on-site role requires excellent communication in Gujarati and Hindi, with basic English, and the ability to follow scripts and achieve targets.

The position reports to the Team Leader / Sales Manager, with shifts 10:00–18:30 and 2nd/4th Saturdays off. 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Formación

• 6 months to 2 years of telesales or customer support experience.
• Graduate preferred.
• Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi with basic English.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospects from the provided database.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries politely and accurately.
• Explain products, services, pricing, and offers clearly.
• Understand customer needs and guide them to the next step (purchase, demo, site visit, or appointment).
• Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email.
• Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in the CRM or Excel.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with the team.
• Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines, including DND/NDNC rules.

Job Title: Tele Caller (Inside Sales / Customer Outreach Executive)

Location: ISKCON, Ahmedabad, Gujarat | Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Time - 10:00 - 6:30

2nd and 4th Saturday off
Reports To: Team Leader / Sales Manager
Experience: 6 months to 2 years

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Tele Caller to connect with prospective and existing customers over the phone, present our products or services, and help generate leads and conversions. You will be the first voice of our company, so clear communication and a friendly approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospects from the provided database
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries politely and accurately
• Explain products, services, pricing, and offers clearly
• Understand customer needs and convince them to take the next step (purchase, demo, site visit, or appointment)
• Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email
• Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in the CRM or Excel
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions
• Share customer feedback and market insights with the team
• Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines, including DND/NDNC rules

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, tele-calling, BPO, or customer support
• graduate preferred
• Excellent verbal communication in Gujarati and Hindi (basic English is a plus)
• Clear voice, good listening skills, and a positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Target-oriented, with good time management
