Job summary

Fortleechiropractors is seeking a proactive Telecalling Executive in Ahmedabad to support lead generation, customer engagement, and business development. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, understand customer needs, explain products/services, and close sales through effective follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and Gujarati preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cold call for new business opportunities.
• Collect leads from online, agencies, existing customers, ASM, etc.
• Use sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and respond to customers for selling.
• Generate promising leads for fixing appointments for field sales and agencies.
• Call for feedback & references collection to customer and agencies.
• Focus on daily and monthly calling targets with respect to call volume and sales.
• Make sure all channel partners are active & doing good business.
• Achieve business targets as per KRA-KPI.
• Provide support to and work cooperatively with other members of the sales team to achieve objectives.
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Lead generation by calling.
• Respond to customer needs with solutions.
• Refer customer complaints to the supervisor for quality control.
