Job summary

Amnex is seeking an Application / Operations Support Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot and maintain applications, systems and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high system availability.

You will provide L1/L2 support, analyze incidents, coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for resolution, perform deployments and health checks, and ensure adherence to SLAs through on-call shifts.

• Perform application deployment, configuration, health checks, and routine maintenance.

• Manage incident, problem, and change requests as per defined processes.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to SLA, uptime, and support processes.
• Participate in on-call/shift support when required.
