Job summary

Hiringeye Solutions is seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer to provide L1 application support, incident management, troubleshooting, and ITIL-based service operations. The candidate should have strong experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, web servers, and automation tools.

You will monitor incident queues, perform triage, manage escalations, support ITIL processes, coordinate releases with internal teams and vendors, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Application/Production Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server/Desktop and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with SSRS, SSIS, SQL, Python, and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of Web Servers, Citrix, RDP, VMware, SAN, networking, and backup/restore.
• Experience with automation and scheduling tools.
• Good understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem & Change Management.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational/on-call support, including weekends when required.
