Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Linux operations lead to guide a rotating support team, manage major incidents, and ensure high availability of production enterprise apps.

Required 8–10+ years of IT experience and 3+ years in leading technical support or operations teams, with deep Linux, application server, and monitoring tool expertise. You will enforce SLAs, mentor staff, and optimize runbooks, RCA, and escalation workflows.
